Airport Policies:
Due to new security at Denver International Airport, you will need to follow these steps to get your limousine. Once you have been to the baggage claim (on the 5th level), and you have all your luggage. You’ll need to go outside on the 5th level and go to the limo stand on the first island. Ask the attendant with the orange striped vest to call for your limo. They will need your last name and ours **** Stage Coach Limousine ****. At this point we will be up to you at curbside in less than 5-minutes. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. ** For any reason at all, call us at 970-390-3599 **
Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. **Reservations made within 24 hours will be charged an additional $50 **Requests made between the hours of 12:00 am midnight and 5:00 am are charged an additional $50. **ALL limos are non-smoking.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund of deposit if cancelled 7 days or further in advance of reservation 50% refund if cancelled between 7 days and 24 hours of reservation. No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of reservation.
Damage Policy:
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the party will be charged to the charter party at the rates set out below:
- Glasses $20
- Decanters $60
- Damp/Wet Carpet $60
- Vomiting $200
- Smoking $100
